European-Iranian Commercial Bank Aktiengesellschaft (eihbank) successfully completed the 2023 financial year despite challenging market conditions caused by persistently high inflation and the ongoing very restrictive framework conditions, thereby demonstrating its sustainable resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


In an environment that remains challenging for eihbank, it was able to stabilise its core business at the planned level and increase its net profit for 2023 to EUR 31,607 thousand compared to 2022. This result was favoured, among other things, by the general interest rate trend - after a prolonged, burdensome phase of low interest rates - due to net interest income exceeding expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
