{"id":5448,"date":"2025-04-09T12:11:07","date_gmt":"2025-04-09T12:11:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eihbank.com\/?p=5448"},"modified":"2025-04-09T12:14:45","modified_gmt":"2025-04-09T12:14:45","slug":"boys-and-girls-day-at-the-eihbank","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eihbank.com\/en\/boys-and-girls-day-in-der-eihbank\/","title":{"rendered":"Boys' and Girls' Day at eihbank"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We took part in Hamburg's Boys and Girls Day for the second time on 3 April 2025 with over 20 pupils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, we have introduced the apprenticeships&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Office management assistant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IT specialist for system integration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>in the foreground. These professions and their content were enthusiastically conveyed by our current trainees; many interested people asked questions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accompanied by LEGO<sup>\u00a9<\/sup> Serious Play coach Marco Gro\u00df, everyone was energised, committed and particularly creative. There was also an opportunity to get to know each other better and ask questions over lunch.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The day also showed us as eihbank how important it is to show children and young people at an early stage what modern, digital banking looks like in Germany and where exciting tasks and training occupations await them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We were particularly pleased to receive an application for a school internship from one of the participants the very next day. This motivates everyone involved in the preparation and realisation of Boy's and Girl's Day 2025. It also shows how motivated the generation of tomorrow is to tackle the professional challenges in order to find the right training occupation with the right orientation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you very much! We look forward to seeing new enthusiastic and happy faces in 2026!
