Management Board

The Management Board is responsible for the operational management of the Bank.

  • Dr Arash Onsori - Chairman of the Executive Board
  • Ralf Vollmering - Member of the Executive Board
Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board monitors the management of the Executive Board and represents the bank vis-à-vis the members of the Executive Board. The Supervisory Board has formed committees to fulfil specific tasks. The responsibilities of the Supervisory Board are set out in the Articles of Association.

Members of the Supervisory Board:

  • Dirk Auerbach - Chairman of the Supervisory Board, BaFin-appointed Special Representative with Authority of the Bank's Governing Bodies
  • Dr Katja Göcke - Member of the Supervisory Board, BaFin-appointed Special Representative with Authority of the Bank's Governing Bodies
  • Robert McCormack - Member of the Supervisory Board, BaFin-appointed Special Representative with Authority of the Bank's Governing Bodies
  • Dr Rüdiger Volk - Member of the Supervisory Board, BaFin-appointed Special Representative with Authority of the Bank's Governing Bodies
  • Claudia Gerlach - Member of the Supervisory Board (employee representative)
  • Oktay Topal - Member of the Supervisory Board (employee representative)
Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting consists of the shareholders of eihbank. It makes fundamental decisions, including

  • Enactment or amendment of the Articles of Association
  • Capital increase and reduction
  • Adoption of the annual financial statements
  • Discharge of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board
