Your new tasks with us:

  • Responsibility for the entire recruitment process of our new employees including formulation & maintenance of online job adverts as well as coordination of job interviews with corresponding documentation
  • Takeover of the onboarding process incl. familiarisation planning
  • Administration and control of personnel documents

Your new tasks with us:

  • Compliance sanction audit in relation to financial sanction audits in the context of documentary submissions for letters of credit and their payment execution as well as ensuring the associated processes
  • Examination of the parties involved
  • Verification of customs tariff numbers and goods descriptions in relation to EU/UN Iran sanctions
  • Checking incoming customs and export documents and the associated customer declarations/compliance statements
  • Checking customs tariff numbers against ECT-online and BAFA goods lists
  • Examination of export licences/null notices
  • Preparation of Bundesbank applications for the authorisation of the provision of financial assistance
  • Processing of BAFA follow-up and enquiries with the involvement of the exporter
  • Checking incoming payment orders from the ZV and FKV in the ELO workflow process
  • Sanction law review of existing pro forma invoices from front/back office
  • Information events with Iranian partner banks (video conferences)
  • Monitoring and regular updating of AAW financial sanctions

 

You have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Completed training as a bank clerk/ forwarding agent/ foreign trade clerk with export experience (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
  • Very good knowledge of the English language

  • Requesting, monitoring and booking fees for payments

  • Review and approval of money market and foreign exchange transactions, including checking for market conformity, compliance with trading limits, including reconciliation in the event of overruns
  • Monitoring and, if necessary, triggering interest payments when trading transactions fall due
  • Checking and approving brokerage requests from brokers, including arranging payment
  • Setting up and cancelling payment methods
  • Verification and transaction confirmation of counterparties and dispatch of own confirmations
  • Recording, control, release of transfers between nostro accounts
