Administrator (m/f/d) Compliance (MaRisk) & Money Laundering Prevention

These are your tasks:

  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing and criminal offences
  • Independent development and updating of internal policies and procedures, in particular in the form of work instructions and appropriate business, customer and employee-related security systems
  • Further development of the institution-specific risk analysis
  • Processing of suspicious cases, including the decision to submit external suspicious activity reports to the authorities and reassessment of the business relationship in this respect 
  • Implementation of research measures, including necessary forensic analyses
  • Implementation and execution of risk-based monitoring and control activitiesAdvising and supporting departments with regard to compliance with key legal regulations and requirements
  • Participation, advice and support in the implementation of new products, development of new markets and projects, particularly in the case of changes to key processes within the meaning of AT 8 MaRisk  
  • Monitoring the implementation of processes to fulfil FATCA and CRS obligations

  • (Specialised) university degree in law or economics or completed training with proven professional experience in finance, forwarding, customs, export control
  • Very good knowledge of German and English

  • Preparation of a risk-orientated audit plan
  • Monitoring of compliance with the audit plan by the external auditors, including costs
  • Analysing legal and regulatory requirements with regard to their relevance for the tasks of the outsourced internal audit department and, if necessary, incorporating any necessary changes into the written regulations
  • Monitoring the timely rectification of defects (follow-up)
  • Reporting (quarterly reports, annual report, audit reports, follow-up report, etc.)
  • Contact person for internal and external bodies (auditing companies, external auditors, etc.) for internal audit matters or in the role of coordinator
  • Involvement in major projects
  • Ensuring and carrying out the activities required for the annual financial statements
  • Outsourcing management
  • OHB editorial office

  • Completed training as a bank clerk with several years of professional experience and / or completed business studies or comparable training
  • Experience in internal auditing (especially reporting and planning)
  • Good knowledge of legal and regulatory principles such as KWG, MaRisk, BAIT, IDW, DORA
  • Good user knowledge of the relevant MS Office programmes 
  • Good written & spoken English skills are an advantage
  • Structured and reliable, independent way of working
  • Conceptual and analytical skills
