Your new tasks in our IT department:

  • System installation and delivery of clients incl. network configuration and installation (port security, patching)
  • Rollout of new operating systems in the client area
  • Installation and packaging of software for server and client installations
  • Administration of the telephone system (Mitel), setup and installation of end devices
  • Local support at the workplace and remote
  • Printer support, print server administration
  • Ticket processing (OTRS)
  • Creation of Word templates for specialist departments incl. integration 
  • Create / edit PDF forms with Adobe Acrobat
  • Inventory recording and management 
  • Linux and Windows system updates on servers and clients (WSUS administration)
  • Writing work instructions and internal documents
  • Collaboration in infrastructure operations (virtualisation, server, storage and network administration, firewall operation)
  • Administration in the area of Active Directory and MS Exchange
  • Monitoring of software and systems (availability, capacity, performance)

 

You bring the following skills to us: 

  • Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or equivalent training
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in IT administration
  • Very good knowledge of network administration in the LAN and WLAN environment
  • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Windows server and client environment/Active Directory as well as server virtualisation (HyperV)
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange system support and further development
  • Extensive experience with active network components, VPN and firewalls
  • Good knowledge of the TCP/IP network protocol and routing
  • Knowledge of MS-SQL Server is also welcome

Clerk (m/f/d) Payment Transactions & Treasury Backoffice

 

Your new tasks in payment transactions with us: 

  • Processing of payment orders from correspondent banks and account customers (checking, authorisation, blocking if necessary)
  • Entry and release of payment transactions in the Deutsche Bundesbank system 
  • Requesting, monitoring and booking fees for payments 
  • Processing of complaints
  • Internal / external contact for payment transaction issues
  • Archiving of documents (payment transaction files)

 

Your new tasks in our treasury back office: 

  • Review and approval of money market and foreign exchange transactions, including checking for market conformity, compliance with trading limits, including reconciliation in the event of overruns
  • Monitoring and, if necessary, triggering interest payments when trading transactions fall due
  • Checking and approving brokerage requests from brokers, including arranging payment
  • Setting up and cancelling payment methods
  • Verification and transaction confirmation of counterparties and dispatch of own confirmations
  • Recording, control, release of transfers between nostro accounts
  • Disposition of nostro accounts
  • Recording and releasing mid and reference rates for the bank
  • Processing of complaints and creation of deposit confirmations
  • Monitoring of reporting obligations in foreign trade and forwarding to the reporting system

 

You bring the following skills to us: 

  • Completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in payment transactions and treasury back office in the banking or financial environment
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
  • Analytical and results-orientated thinking
